Your profile

1. 1Your wall, multimedia, notifications, settings and data.

The profile is your own page and personal centre. The card shows who you are - photo, bio, interests, work and your Friends, Companies, Subscriptions and Followers (Your network in the Friends tab). The row of tabs leads to your wall, your multimedia, your notifications, settings and your data (Your wall, Notifications, Settings, Your Data). In DEMO it is a filled preview; add your photo, bio and details to make it yours.

Your wall

1. 1Show wall — your posts; at the top the What’s happening? box for a new post, on the side Polls, Upcoming events, Articles and Forums (Forum).
2. 2Show profile — your calling card: photo, personal details, friends, companies, subscriptions and followers (Your network in the Friends tab, Your profile).
3. 3Show multimedia — your photos and videos.
4. 4Notifications — what has happened around you (Notifications).
5. 5Settings - four cards: Photo & details, Verification & payment, Security, Career & forums (Identity and payment, Security, Settings).
6. 6Your data — download or delete everything we hold about you (Your Data).
7. 7Blocked & muted: the card opens the list of people you blocked or muted and lets you unblock them; the same list is in Settings, under Privacy (Settings, Blocked & muted).
8. 8Forums: here you see the forums you belong to - also the ones from other countries (Forum). You create your own in Settings, the Career & forums card (Career and forums); you join someone else’s from Your country's wall (Your country's wall).
9. 9Polls: Create a poll — a question with answers others vote on; the result shows on your wall.
10. 10Upcoming events: Add event - title, date and place; the event appears on your wall.
11. 11Articles: Write an article — a longer text that stays on your profile.

Your wall is your own posts: the bar at the top is the six tabs of your profile, and the column on the right is the shortcuts to blocked people, forums, polls, events and articles (Your profile, Blocked & muted, Forum).

Forum

1. 1The name of the forum and, under it, the one sentence that says what it is for. The name is yours to choose; both were written when the forum was started (Career and forums).
2. 2How many people are in the forum. Only approved members count.
3. 3The field it belongs to, one of the forty - this is NOT the name. The name is free; the field only decides who the forum is suggested to (Your country's wall).
4. 4The language the forum was opened in - the language its name, its description and its posts are written in. You see it before you press Join, so you know what you are walking into.
5. 5The members, by name. Remove next to a name throws that person out of the forum; they lose the forum from their profile at once. The owner cannot remove themselves (Your wall).
6. 6Join requests - everybody who pressed Join and is waiting. Approve lets them in; until then they see the forum but read it as a visitor. The same request also reaches you in Notifications, with the same button (Notifications).

A forum is a room of its own: a name you choose freely, a field from the list, the language it was opened in, and the people inside (Career and forums). Anybody who finds it presses Join and waits for the owner (Notifications). This is the owner's view - a member sees the same page without the member list and the requests.

Notifications

1. 1The Notifications tab - you only see it on your own account, nobody else looks in here (Your profile).
2. 2New followers - each line says who started following you and how long ago. The same person immediately raises the Followers counter on your profile (Your profile).
3. 3How many people opened your profile this week - just the number, counted over the last seven days.
4. 4Who viewed your profile - this list carries NAMES. You see the person's photo and name, and a click opens their profile (Visiting someone's profile).
5. 5Next to a person who came more than once stands the number of their visits (for example 3×) — counted from the start, not just this week.
6. 6On the right, how long ago that person's LAST visit was. The list runs newest first and holds up to a hundred people.

Notifications gather what happened around you: who started following you, how many people opened your profile, and - if you run a forum - who asks to join it (Forum). Below them stands the list of those people by name.

Identity and payment

1. 1The Verification & payment card in profile settings (Settings).
2. 2Status banner: until you are verified it says Not Verified and reminds you that the methods depend on your country.
3. 3The header carries your country — the list below is the methods available there.
4. 4Card — available in every one of the 249 countries.
5. 5The account for the chosen method: email, IBAN, phone or card number.
6. 6Bank transfer — in every country as well.
7. 7SEPA transfer — only in 54 countries; elsewhere this entry does not appear.
8. 8What verification unlocks: your display name is locked, payment channels start working and earnings show in Finances (Your money in one place).
9. 9Save — with the account stored you are verified; TOCAA never asks for scans of documents.

You confirm your identity with a payment method, never with a scan of a document: pick the method available in your country, type the account, press Save, and the account is verified straight away. The same applies to a company, a politician and a journalist account.

Settings

1. 1The Settings tab - it stands only on your own account, nobody else sees it (Your profile).
2. 2The Photo & details card - the one you are standing on; everything below belongs to it.
3. 3The Verification and payment card - where you confirm you are a real person (Identity and payment).
4. 4The Security card - password, two-step login and your devices (Two-factor authentication, Security).
5. 5The Career and forums card - your working life, and the one place where you start a forum (Career and forums).
6. 6Profile photo and cover photo - pick a file or paste a link to a picture.
7. 7Personal data - first and last name, city, hometown, relationship status, work, education, location and a few words about you.
8. 8Display preferences: the page that opens after you log in, and what a visitor sees first when they land on your profile (Your profile).
9. 9Hide the DEMO/LIVE switch - one tick and the switch disappears from the whole portal.
10. 10With the switch hidden the portal stays in LIVE mode, and you bring the switch back in this same place whenever you want.
11. 11To appear in the People tab you need two things: a profile photo and the date of birth you gave when you registered (18+) (User registration). You switch yourself on in the People tab itself, where the same place also hides you again (Meet people in your country, The profile preview in the People tab (dating)).
12. 12This is where you upload that photo - it is the one people looking for a match see.
13. 13Date of birth is shown but locked - it is set once when you register and nobody changes it afterwards, because the age gate rests on it (User registration). Age, height and what you are looking for are yours to edit, and they are what the People tab shows (Meet people in your country).
14. 14Interests - forty tiles. They decide who you really match with, and forums are suggested by them; the subject of a forum you start comes from this same list (Career and forums). Your location is never used for this.
15. 15Privacy - tick a field to hide it from everyone but you: city, hometown, relationship status, age, height, what you are looking for and your interests.

Settings is the one place for everything you set on your account: four cards along the top, and under them your photos, your personal data, what visitors see, your interests and your privacy. One Save button at the bottom saves the whole page.

Security

1. 1The Security card in profile settings (Settings).
2. 2Change Password: current password, new password and confirm new password; without the current one the change will not go through.
3. 3Two-factor authentication: the Set up two-factor authentication button opens the page with the code for your app and the backup codes (Two-factor authentication).
4. 4A separate card under security with the list of people you blocked or muted (Blocked & muted).
5. 5Review the people you blocked or muted: the Manage blocked & muted button leads to the list where you unblock anyone with one click.
6. 6Your devices: sessions signed in to your account on this server, each with system and screen width, last activity and number of sign-ins; the current one carries the This device badge.
7. 7Sign out: ends the session on this one device; use it when you do not recognise the entry.
8. 8Sign out all other devices: one click ends every session except the one you are using right now.

Security holds the keys to your account: changing the password, the second step at sign-in, the list of devices signed in on this server with sign-out for one or for all the others at once, and the way to the people you blocked or muted (Two-factor authentication, Blocked & muted). The same applies to a company, a politician and a journalist account.

Career and forums

1. 1Settings, the Career and forums card (Settings). This is the one place where a forum is started; a company, a journalist and a politician have the same card in their own panel (Company settings).
2. 2Write in the companies and the roles you have worked in - they appear on your profile (Your profile).
3. 3Your career path so far: one line per job with the company, the role and the years. The cross on the right removes a line.
4. 4A new line: company, role, the year you started and the year you left - leave the last one empty and it reads as your present job. Add to career path puts it on the list above.
5. 5Forums - everything about forums lives in this one block, under your career path (Forum).
6. 6Your forums: the ones you run, marked owner, and the ones you belong to, including a forum that lives in another country. Click one and you are in it (Forum).
7. 7A new forum in three fields: the name people will see, which is yours to choose, the field from the list of forty - without it the forum is not created, because the field is what brings it to the right people - and one sentence of description. Create forum takes you straight into the forum you have just made, and the forum gets its own address, so you can copy it from the browser and send it to somebody (Forum).

The Career and forums card in profile Settings: here you write your working life, and HERE YOU START YOUR OWN FORUM - a person, a journalist, a politician and a company all do it in the same place (Settings, Forum, Company settings).

Your Data

1. 1The Your Data tab - the last one in the profile bar; you only see it on your own account (Your wall).
2. 2Download My Data - one click and you get a JSON file with the personal data TOCAA holds for your account.
3. 3Account Successor: you type the e-mail of somebody you trust and click Set Heir. Nothing happens while you keep using TOCAA - that person is contacted only when the account has been silent for a long time (a year, for example) or when you ask for deletion yourself.
4. 4What happens when you delete your account - read this before you click. Personal data (name, contact details, photos) is erased for good under the right to be forgotten and cannot be recovered.
5. 5Financial links are NOT personal data: your place in the referral chain and the commissions of people below you are accounting records. If you name an heir, they get a link and take over your place under their own name; if you name nobody, the place passes to your country's administration, and the commissions of people below you keep flowing (Micro-commissions, Invited).
6. 6Deleting the account: personal data goes within 30 days, financial records stay for good because the law requires it (Regulations).
7. 7Delete Account - the button only works once you type the word DELETE. After the notice period, deletion is final.

Your Data is three things in one place: a copy of everything TOCAA holds about you, the heir who takes over the account if you are gone, and deleting the account.

Blocked & muted

1. 1Your private safety lists - nobody is notified.
2. 2Blocked people cannot see you or contact you.
3. 3One click undoes it.
4. 4Muted just vanish from your feed - they never know (Your country's wall).
5. 5The same card stands beside your wall - one click on it opens this page (Your country's wall).

The card beside your wall opens it, and you block straight from a profile or a conversation (Your country's wall, Your wall, Visiting someone's profile, Private messages, any language). Your private safety lists - nobody is ever notified.

Two-factor authentication

1. 1Back — returns to the settings card you came from (Security); the same on a company, politician and journalist account.
2. 2Status OFF — you sign in with the password alone.
3. 3Enable 2FA — the portal creates a setup key for your authenticator app.
4. 4Setup key: in the app choose “add account → enter a setup key” and paste it; it works in any authenticator app.
5. 5Add to app — the link opens the app on this same device, no retyping of the key.
6. 6The six-digit code from the app; it changes every 30 seconds.
7. 7Confirm & enable — the code has to match, otherwise you see “invalid code” and type it again.
8. 8Ten one-time backup codes — save them now, they are shown only here; each lets you in once instead of the app code, letter case and the dash do not matter.
9. 9Status ON — from now on, at sign-in after the password the portal asks for the app code or a backup code (Log in).
10. 10Turn off 2FA — after confirming, sign-in goes back to the password alone and the backup codes stop working.

Two-factor authentication is a second step after the password: a code from an authenticator app or a one-time backup code. The page is the same for a person, a company, a politician and a journalist and opens from the security card in the settings (Security). The screenshot shows the card in four consecutive states: off, setup, backup codes and on.
